About the bench

Pixel Repair is a walk-in electronics service desk on Congress Avenue in downtown Austin. We fix phones, tablets, and laptops with a diagnose-first workflow and written quotes before any work begins.

Our technicians work on ESD-safe benches with calibrated torque drivers and thermal cameras for overheating diagnostics. We stock common screens and batteries; specialty parts are ordered after approval.

Intake flow

• 01 Device check-in and symptom notes at the front desk
• 02 Bench diagnosis — typically within two hours for walk-ins
• 03 Written quote by text or printed receipt
• 04 Repair, QA pass, and pickup notification

Warranty & data

Parts and labor are covered for ninety days from pickup. Data remains on your device during standard repairs. Drive cloning and data recovery are separate services with their own consent form.

We do not buy, sell, or trade used devices. Unclaimed hardware is held for thirty days, then recycled through a certified e-waste partner.
